Heavenly Escapade!

I found the staff friendly. Josue at the pool helped me with a cabana. Wander and Jose made our breakfast buffet amazing. I would come back, without a doubt. They had shows every night, if you wanted to partake in them.

It was a shame that the sports bar wasnt always staffed well. I did see Carlo, fancy Nancy and Willy there. They did have energy that was lovely, but I wish they had more support during peak hours.

My room includes a spacious layout with two comfortable double beds and a nice pool view. The air conditioning worked amazingly, keeping us cool throughout our visit. The bathroom includes ample counter space and luxurious toiletries, a plus.

the hotel itself was reasonably well kept .

the food quality fell short of expectations, with meals often served too salty. i found the lack of attention to detail frustrating, especially the slow service in most dining areas. also, i noticed one of the rooftop bars was closed with no explanation, it was quite disappointing.
